Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of catkin.pk (the "Website") and any purchase of products from CATKIN ("CATKIN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old, or using the Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By using the Website, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Products

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and packaging as accurately as possible. However, actual appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, and individual device displays. Product descriptions, ingredients, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products, which is accepted once we confirm your order. We accept bank transfers, other secure payment options available at checkout, and Cash on Delivery in most areas.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your city. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed; CATKIN is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances outside our control.

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact customer support as soon as possible, and we will do our best to amend or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the personal-use nature of cosmetic products, our return policy is limited to the following circumstances:

• The product arrives damaged or broken. A short, continuous unboxing video showing the package being opened and the item's condition is required as proof before a return or replacement is approved.
• You received the wrong shade or the wrong item.

To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, and the return must be requested within the timeframe stated in our current Return Policy (24 hours from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated on the Website).

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, personal shade preference after use, or any product that has been opened, swatched, or used, except where the product itself is defective.

To start a return, contact customer support with your order number, a description of the issue, and (where applicable) your unboxing video. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, at our discretion, once the returned item has been received and inspected. Cash on Delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer.

If a package arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video of the damage so we can arrange a resolution.

Pricing & Promotions

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. In the event of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

Rewards Program

Customers who purchase from us will join our rewards program and earn points on qualifying purchases, redeemable for exclusive discounts.

Points have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or be adjusted at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, packaging design, and images, is the property of CATKIN Pakistan and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

Authenticity

Genuine CATKIN products are sold only through www.catkin.pk. We are not responsible for the authenticity, quality, or safety of products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers or resellers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CATKIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or our products, including allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.

We always recommend a patch test before first use, and customers with known sensitivities or allergies, or who are pregnant or breastfeeding, should consult a doctor before use.

Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data collected through our rewards program.

By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms
